If you’ve never watched all the episodes this movies hard to understand. People who have watched the episodes however, should find it the most awesome, actiony, heartful story between Ed and his little brother. Best movie I’ve almost EVER seen!!

Slex just because it does not in your opinion come close to the quality of the show does not mean it sucks just that the show was better.

this was a wonderful anime movie it’s in my top 5 fav’s ^_^ i hope u got as much enjoyment out of it as i did

*gawk* soooo nice, the brothers elric back together again! hehe! i watched the series and had many unanswered questions, to me the film tied up loose ends! YES SUCH A GOOD SERIES!!!!

Nice movie, lousy ending though.
In my opinion the series was a lot better than the movie, but the movie was still nice.

No more alchemy….Man that was sweet! It was odd how the black evil from The Gate attached itself to the soldiers and planes. I would give it a 8/10.
On a side note, Armstrong is still as awesome as ever. HE ROCKS!

I loved the episodes.well for me the movie wasn´t the perfect ending.I mean,their life was about alchemy and alchemy was the main subject of “full metal Alchemist” .so continue living in a world where no alchemy exists really isn´t the perfect ending.besides the boys live in germany…com´on I german and we all know what happend in reality(some years later) that´s kind of depressing :/ whatever,I really LOVED the story at all! think I´ve never seen such a good one…
