Q: I know a great Anime that you should add to DubHappy, how do I tell you?

Q: A video gave an error, or said it could not be displayed, what’s wrong?
The video no longer exists, it is a broken link. Please report these in the Forums so we may fix it.
Q: I can’t view any videos at all, what’s the problem?
Many videos require that you have Shockwave installed, and some may need DivX. Download them for free by clicking the links.
Q: Videos are displaying without sound, or won’t load past a certain point, what’s going on?
It’s possible something happened that would cause an error in your Cache. Please clear out your Internet Cache, this can be done with Firefox by going to Tools and then Clear Private Data.
Q: Videos are contantly cut off?
Check your internet connection. Breaks in the connection will commonly cut off the video stream.
Q: Videos are loading too slowly?
If it is not your connection, we unfortunately cannot do anything about this. You could come and tell us in the Forums, and we may setup a mirror or replace the host if enough complaints are received. It is also recommended that you use Firefox.
Q: The site is screwed up / it does not display properly, what’s wrong with it?
If we are not upgrading/modifiying the site in anyway (this will ussually fix itself within 5 minutes), and have not posted a notice, it could be your browser. We only test the site, and guarantee it working properly, with Firefox. Firefox unlike Internet Explorer follows the W3C World Wide Web Standard, so in turn we only support them fully.
Q: What are the chat rules?
The chat rules are:

  1. Keep the chat PG 13, if you want to discuss something not PG 13, take it to the PMs.
  2. No spamming, you will be warned.
  3. Keep it civil, no flame wars.
  4. No inappropriate names, you will be asked to change it.
  5. Don’t impersonate Mods or Admins.
  6. CAPS LOCK MAY BE CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL, but don’t use caps obsessively.
  7. Don’t start political, religious, or any other controversial debates, keep it to PMs.

Failure to abide by these rules will result in a warning, and if continued, banned from chat.
